This year, we will be running the following SIGs on Tuesday June 17th…choose which one you would like to attend when you register to attend InTouch 2008.
Advertising, Commerce and Entertainment (ACE) SIG
In the ACE SIG, participants will discuss how directory publishers and mobile service providers can work together and benefit from new trends and technologies in digital advertising, commerce and entertainment.
Billing and Revenue Management SIG
IP-based digital technologies require service providers to rethink the way they generate, manage and collect revenue for services. In this SIG, explore the innovative use of revenue management systems, including billing, settlement and partner management.
Customer Management SIG
The customer management domain comprises among the most direct points of contact with customers. In this SIG, participants will learn how new technologies, like the Smart Agent Desktop, multi-channel ordering and self service, can engender customer focus across all touchpoints.
OSS SIG
In the OSS SIG, participants will explore how planning and automation can help enable a service-ready network. Share ideas on how to anticipate resource needs, and deploy and deliver services quickly, and with flexibility as needs change tomorrow.
