What will the weather be like?
The weather in Montreal in June ranges from approximately 16.3°C/61°F to 26.4°C/80°F
Can you arrange transport from the airport?
Yes, we are providing complimentary shuttles from the airport to the hotel on June 16 and 17 for inbound flights and June 18 and 19 for outbound flights. Please provide detailed flight times and departure airport and tick the relevant box on the registration website.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Please specify any dietary requirements on the registration website and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference agenda is business casual. For the evening events, the dress code is smart casual.

What is the electrical voltage in Canada?
Electrical appliances in Montreal operate on 110 volt electrical systems at 60 hertz so you may need an international adapter in order to use your own electrical equipment.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Is the hotel centrally located?
The hotel is located at the center of Montreal's cultural and commercial district. It sits above the train station (Via Rail & AMTRAK) and is connected to the extensive underground city of thousands of boutiques, restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance of sports and cultural attractions.

Yes, the hotel bedrooms are equipped with wireless access as well as high speed Internet access.

InTouch 2008
What is InTouch?
InTouch is Amdocs' annual conference for our customers. Since its inauguration in 2001, InTouch has become recognized as a "must-attend" for our customers. They travel from all over the world to maximize their investment in Amdocs.
At your request, InTouch is evolving. Registration Fees
What is the registration fee?
Full conference registration - US$995
Early bird registration - US$795 (applies until May 23, 2008)
Guest registration - US$300
One day/Special Interest Group-only registration - US$350
Are there any discounts?
Until May 23, a US$200 earlybird discount applies to full conference registration.
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration charge includes transfers between the airport and the event, participation in the conference, all breakouts, all meals, evening events and conference materials.
What is not included in the registration fee?
Anything not listed as included above, such as hotel costs, airfare/travel and incidentals.
Is there a separate registration fee for the SIG's?
Full conference registration includes admission to the Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings. Delegates who only wish to attend SIG meetings, may choose one day/SIG-only registration.
Do I have to pay for my own flights and accommodation?
Yes. Travel costs and hotel accommodations are not included in registration fees.
May I bring an accompanying guest?
Accompanying guest registration is available for US$300 which includes all meals and evening entertainment and can be booked via the InTouch helpdesk.
Will I get a confirmation of my registration?
Confirmation of your online registration with a receipt for payment and will be sent via email to the address given by each delegate.
What are the payment terms and cancellation policy?
Full payment is due upon registration and can be made by credit card (American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa). Please note that all payments will be processed in US dollars. Payment will not be taken until your registration is confirmed. Amdocs reserves the right to cancel your booking if any payments are overdue. The cancellation policy is as follows:
Should you wish to cancel your attendance at the InTouch 2008 Business and Product Forum, you must notify World Events, the Amdocs registration office in writing to the address shown below. Cancellation is effective as of the date we receive your written notification.
Cancellations made before May 30 will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made on or after May 30 will be subject to 100% event registration fees.
We will be happy to accept a substitute delegate if the original delegate is unable to attend.
The cancellation policy refers to all elements of the event: registration fee and accompanying guest registration and cannot be confirmed until May 30th.

Special Interest Groups (SIG's)
Which SIGs will be held at InTouch 2008?
There are four confirmed SIGs. They are Billing and Revenue Management, Customer Management, OSS and Advertising, Commerce & Entertainment.
How many SIGs can I join?
You will need to choose one SIG to attend for the duration of the SIG meeting.
How will I know which SIG to pick?
You will be able to choose which SIG to attend when the agenda is published closer to the time of the event. You can choose your SIG when you register.
Who can attend the SIGs?
The Special Interest program is exclusively for Amdocs customers.
Can I attend a SIG meeting but not InTouch?
Yes, may choose one day/SIG-only registration.
Can Partners attend SIGs?

Partner Attendees
This year InTouch will be addressing the needs of Amdocs' key partners, and there will be specific elements of the agenda dedicated to that community. There will be an exclusive Partner Track, hosted by Ian May, vice president - Alliances. In addition, partners will be able to attend Product Forum sessions and evening activities, as they choose.
This year's event will be a great opportunity for those members of the Amdocs Partner Program to mix with Amdocs and our joint customers, and get a better understanding of Amdocs' offerings and how we can work together to build a stronger future.
